Ethical Business Practices
Perspetiva Trigueira has settled a code of conduct policy to assure an ethical business practice and in accordance to OECD guidelines.
Only legal business practices are carried out with due regard for fair competition, industrial property rights of third parties, as well as antitrust and competition law regulations are followed. Corruption and bribery of any kind will not be tolerated.
Principles of responsible corporate management, such as responsibility, transparency, accountability, openness and integrity are strongly encouraged.
Business partners are to be treated in accordance with basic ethical values.
There is no participation in falsifying information, nor in any act of misrepresentation in the supply chain. Any personal information (including from workers, business partners, customers and consumers in their sphere of influence) is expected to be collected, used and processed with reasonable care, considering its privacy and in accordance with information security laws and regulatory requirements.
All type of contracts must be complied, unless the framework conditions have changed fundamentally.
Company has established an anonymous non-discriminatory whistle-blower mechanism, assuring easy access and effective measures to protect whistle-blowers and ensuring that any information received regarding corruption or non-compliance is followed up and necessary actions taken.
Generally, ethical values and principles are to be respected, this applies in particular to human dignity and internationally recognized human rights.
