you send us all the information, your first drafts and wishes. just give us as much information as possible so that we can implement your product promptly and exactly according to your ideas.
we look at your data and discuss it within the team. we then will contact you with any questions you may have about details and data.
we create a product overview as a draft. after your approval, we will taylor an offer for you based on the product overview and in cooperation with our production partners. after receiving the offer, just approve it for further action.
now we prepare all the important documents for production, such as technical drawings, dimensions, distances, color values, logo placement. (duration: approx. 1-2 weeks) – we will send you our technical worksheets for confirmation.
once all the details have been clarified for you and you have approved the technical worksheets, you will finally receive the order confirmation.
we have already worked out a lot together up to this point – so next step all the components will bought according to your specification, so we now need security from you. in order for us to start the production process, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
now we get started. basing on the technical worksheets created for you we will make fabric samples to show you what the desired colours look like on the chosen material. colors may appear different on screen than on textile fabric.

your fabric is produced for the entire quantity of your items, the labels are made, the screens for your prints are opened and also the films for embroideries. don’t worry, you’ll also receive samples from the labels and we’ll show you what the prints and embroideries look like before everything is being produced.
now it’s your turn again. give us your feedback on the samples. it’s common that sometimes not everything suits you perfectly or has been implemented not just as you might have imagined, but that’s exactly why we do this elaborated sampling process – we’ll adjust until you are happy in the end.
as soon as we have clarified everything together, the assembly of all the individual components begins. this process takes 4 up to 6 weeks. your dyed fabric will be cut, printed, embroidered, labeled according to your specifications and the individual pattern pieces will be sewn together. during this process, if necessary, we can send you tackle outputs from production, so you already can do shootings, advertising and all other marketing activities.
after completing your items and before shipping, you transfer the remaining amount of the invoice, including excess or short quantities.
your items are now on their way to you. (delivery time: approx. 1, max. 2 weeks).
of course you always have the option to order same items again. your documents will be stored and can be accessed again without needing to start the entire development process all over again.
